SHIPPING POLICY

 Orders with added UPS Expedited Shipping placed before 12:00 p.m. m. EST Monday through Friday (except holidays) will ship the same day. If the order is placed after 12 p.m. m. EST, the order will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays and UPS does not move packages over the weekend. If an expedited shipping option is selected, your order will be guaranteed to be processed and shipped the next business day unless additional verification and payment information is required.

      Our regular processing time for shipping orders is 3-5 business days from receipt of payment, unless additional verification is required. During peak periods, our shipping times may extend to 7-10 business days. Please note that the UPS Ground shipping option is not an expedited shipping option compared to the free shipping promotion. We suggest choosing from expedited shipping options if you need your items by a specific date.

      Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays as we are closed. Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver or move our packages on Saturdays or Sundays. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and shipped.

      If you are an international customer within the United States and need your items before the departure date, please choose from expedited shipping options to ensure your package is delivered on time.

      All international shipments leaving the United States are responsible for all duties, customs fees and brokerage. We will not list the cost of items in your order below the retail amount. These fees are determined and collected by UPS and payment of such fees is not the responsibility of Perfect Noise Tattoo Supply. If you reject your package and do not wish to pay these customs fees, your refund will be subject to the return fees imposed by UPS International, if applicable.

           UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.

      We do not ship to freight forwarders, storage units, moving companies and/or transportation companies in general. Your order will be canceled and refunded immediately with an address from one of these shipping locations.

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. This can also be accessed within your "My Account" link. Please allow time for UPS and USPS to update their system as tracking information may not appear initially.
